97 GT AUTO TO MANUAL CONVERSION

Does anyone know what I would need to convert a 97 Gt 4.6 auto to a stick shift? I've got the trans, flywheel, fork, throwout bearing, pilot bearing, clutch, cable, pedal assm, and shifter. Do I need to change the computer and what about the wiring? Would the wiring just be unhooked ? If I missed anything please let me know thanks Jason
