We are excited to announce that the first 200 Vehicles Pre-Registered (Pre-Paid) before April 1st will get the opportunity to drive your Mustang or other Ford product around the 1 mile high banked Rockingham Speedway Circle Track. Speeds will be at 65mph and behind a pace vehicle but this is for sure going to be a blast and a great photo opportunity. So get your Stangs registered today for SSF 08!

Well Daytona resigned as a NASCAR General Motors Track and that caused some issues with having a Blue Oval Show at the Speedway. We could have still had it but just wouldn't been able to promote it as much plus the Ford media would have been restricted. On a second note we wanted to have it in a more central location and we live in NC ourselves. It will be in the Rock for the next few years at least then who knows where it might go.
We have some great news for everybody. More spots for the parade laps. First of all...we beat up on the speedway some today and they have decided that they are going to allow more time on the track so that means that ANYBODY registered (postmarked for mail ins) by May 1st will get some time on the track to do parade laps It is still limited to 50 cars per segment but that means we get more time of seeing our passion on the track!!!
And now here is the good part. Another event for you guys & gals.
Last year at SSF, we had the first ever FnSweet National Mustang Gathering and it was a great success.
Well this year we have worked closely with FnSweet.Com and we are having another SSF / FnSweet gathering but this time it is open to the ENTIRE Mustang community!!!
The Super Stang Fest FnSweet National Mustang Gathering (Cruise-In) will take place on Friday June 13th from 11am - 2pm at the Rockingham Speedway aka "The Circle Track" in the hospitality and front parking area of the track.
Food will be provided, we will have giveaways, Nascar show cars and some other fun events in the works.
We aren't doing designated parking for this gathering but if you all come in together, we will park you all together. This will be a fun time to just get together, hang out and eat some free food!!!
We want to invite all of you guys to join us for the SSF kickoff!!!! Did i mention free food???

Saturday June 14th - The feature all FORD/ Mustang Car show will be held in the infield of the Rockingham Speedway from 8am-5pm. Show Registration will be open at the credentials office on the backstretch access road from 8am-10:30am and is $40 and includes one car and participant. General admission is $5 per person to the infield and children under 13 are free. And Saturday is much more than just a car show. We will have a sponsor/vendor midway so you can check out the hottest items for your car. The Carolina Ford Dealers will be on hand to show you the new Mustangs offered by Ford. The Fast Track Stock Car Driving School will be running and offering discounts so you can pilot an 800HP NASCAR/ARCA Style race car around the Rock. We will also have parade laps for all the pre-registered vehicles and a road course event. Pre-registration ended on May 1 st. And did I mention a fun time to come and check out the historic Rockingham Speedway and get up and close to the track, garage area and victory lane that crowned NASCAR Champions for over 30 years which is alive again.
