I hear ya, my motor has been broken since late October and I miss mine to, esp since it's sitting right in front of my house. But yours is a whole other story. I hope everything works out for ya.

ya that would be frustrating. the car has been pretty bad luck since the first day i had it tho lol. hopefully the next one will survive.

heres how my first few months with the car went

-first night i got it a lifted truck backed over it without seeing it

-came out of a party on new years a month later and someone had rear ended it while it was parked

-came out of school a few weeks later and someone had clipped it while parking. (the spot next to me was a faculty spot)

-about a month later i was parked next to a friend in a duallie and as he pulled away he clipped my quarter panel.

- and about a year ago i actually spun it down a freeway on-ramp in the rain and backed it up a wall.

so hopefully the next car has a better life

Hope your luck changes looks like it might be repairable if so make sure you go to a guy you trust. You don't want to end up with a crab car.

ouch, it wasnt totaled after hitting an s10 head on? hows it feel after being rebuilt?

it shoulda been but i got f'd by the insurance so i saw it as an oportunity to build it up as i fixed it hence why i have so much suspension work done to it. but i almost missed the dude. he took a little sliver off my fiberglass hood about 1 1/2 in. wide and 5 in. long so i almost missed him. it was when my tire blew out and i lost control of my steering when things went really wrong. but it drives straight now. body shop had wanted 13k for just body work not including the suspension hence y it took so long. so i jus upgraded everything that needed replaced.

well i had actually just put the insurance on it that day and you know how some say that it wont actually be covered till the next mornin at like 12 am well i didnt know about that and they said they wouldnt cover it. so i made payments and payed insurance on it the whole time not bein able to drive it. it sucked. but now im moddin it and drivin it and it handles awesome. like when im doin a 110 115 it dont even feel like it. cause you know how some might start to shake and shudder a little bit. mine dont it just runs straight and true.

ya i hate em too. but it handles like a dream now. still got a few suspension mods to go. im goin to WyoTech right now so im not sure what im gonna do with it as far as the next couple steps in the suspension category yet. i may just build my own torque arm for my 9 in. rear end. cause maximum motorsports doesnt fit it. and possibly build my own panhard bar too! next big thing though is tryin to decide engine mods. i know i want to rebuild the bottom end but that will cost money. and i wanna do the new tfs 2v heads but dont have the money to do both.
