Hi, I've a really strange problem with my mustang.
I were able to drive for 17km without any problem then suddently the car wont start. It's cranking, cranking and cranking but it wont start.
At first I tought it was the crank position sensor so i replaced it... no luck
I verified, I've fuel AND spark in every cylinder.

one of my friend plugged his "pro" scanner(he is an ex-ford technician) and he told I had a trouble with my PATS transceiver , I replaced it... no luck !

I'll try to change all spark plug.. just in case..

anyone have any clue what it can be ??
the car runned very fine and the suddently... died... :(

Please help me !!
Thanks !

Two things to check!

I know you said you had fuel in every cylinder. That may be residue. You really need to install a fuel pressure gauge on your fuel rail to see what your actual fuel pressure is. The engine may not start if your fuel pressure is to far below 35 psi. Your engine runs best at idle between 35 and 40 psi. Have you tried re-setting your inertia switch? If you don't know where your inertia switch is, let me know, I'll give you instructions for that. Good luck, Tommy.

Thanks Tommy !
finally it was my plugs ...
I've replaced all 8 and the car started ! :D :D
I'll change my oil because it's flooded with fuel.
but at least it's working now ! i'm so happy

thanks again for the tips !

Awesome find! Those plugs must have been Super Dead! Glad you got it going, Tommy.
