Since you have the stock 245s up front, I would consider just trying out the bumpsteer kit first then. I doubt the quad shocks would have anything to do with tramlining at all, unless your control arm bushings are shot. Do you have any aftermarket control arms on the car? I've seen control arm bushings go bad on both the rear AND the front, and it does cause the car to steer around where it wants.
Mine tramlines too, so I know what you mean. Slower than highway speed can be "interesting". Driving along and the car wants to dart around. I am looking into offset rack bushings
Let me know if that works for you. I've had those and the bump steer kit on it and it never went completely away. It does help though. For the life of me I can't figure out why I took them off
