Update: LRS called and corrected the problem and took care of me. Couldn't ask for better customer service. I would not hesitate to continue ordering from them as long as they keep this level of customer service up. I was assured the initial response I recieved when calling them was an isolated issue and is being corrected. Nobody is perfect and mistakes happen, all I ask is that people own up to them and they definately did. Thanks guys!
To the responses above, I know they are just lug nuts and autozone ones will work fine, however I've learned that when replacing something on the car, I don't skimp and if Ford parts are available I go that route. Cheap parts have only caused me headaches in the past, so I try to nip that in the butt if I can
