I uninstalled the old alarm system and I guess the interlock on the clutch switch is locked. I jumped straight from ign wire to starter selinoid and it started right up but ther is no acc power it just starts up. How do I fix the clutch safety circut.

The clutch switch could be the issue. More importantly, the results will give you a direction in which to trace.

If there's voltage to the switch (and out of it), the issue is the wire to the solenoid or the solenoid itself.

If there is not power to the clutch switch, trace backwards to the ignition switch.

If the alarm had a starter interrupt, the wire you're chasing was likely cut and each cut leg was run into a relay. Solder the cut-wire back together.
