Best HID's

I second the above post. I don't have them in my Mustang, but I have them in my 03 KR F-150, and they are a very good quality product. Sporadically, I have an issue where only one lights - but I believe it is due to a wiring issue on my part. Nevertheless - I still have my courtesy lights enabled on the truck, so they fire when the truck is unlocked / locked, and they have not had any negative implications (knock on wood). It will only be a matter of time before I order them for the stang.

I won't even mention about the stock headlight housings or aiming, as I know there will be people who chime in regarding aiming, blinding, etc.

Don't quote me, but the Bi Xenon kit sounds about right. Despite your thoughts on wiring, unfortunately from what I know is available, you're going to have to do some wiring as a bare minimum. This is because the new HID's need a ballast per bulb, and this requires a direct power source. Also, you need to isolate one headlight connector, and then use the other connector to wire into the controller for High / Low beams (if you choose that option).

So in simple terms on my King Ranch, I had to wire a positive and negative lead for both ballasts, and then isolate the passenger side headlight plug. Then, I took the DDM supplied adaptor and inserted the three wires according to their diagram on their website, to my drivers side headlight plug. This allows functionality of the high / low beams and the daylight beams (in Canada).

Hope this makes sense.
