When it gets hot and I park the coolant shoots thru the little hole in the reserve..

Are you referring to the overflow bottle? And where exactly is this hole the coolant 'shoots through'? The rad cap needs to hold pressure to 16 psi otherwise the coolant will flow into the overflow bottle as soon as the engine warms up. How did you test to ensure there is flow though the rad? Once the T-stat opens the top hose should be rock hard. How does the coolant look? Bright green or rusty or something else.

Yes the over flow bottle and there is a little hole on the neck of it right under the cap.. I looked at another 94 mustang and the same exact hole is in that one too so I was guessing its suppose to be there.. I think I'm just gonna try and do the pump tho..

if its the right 16 psi cap you might have a water pump problem. i have heard of pumps being pulled because of o/h and nothing left of the impeller. fan should not be the isue if your driving when it overheats unless your way into the power and it wont kick on. if pump wont fix it test coolant temp sensors on the stove.
