Transfluid for cold weather...

Okay i know there are a lot of posts about the MT82 and what fluid one should use but what i would like to know is this. What fluid do you guys that drive in cold weather use? Im talking like 30 degrees F or 0 degrees C or lower... I am currently stationed in germany and having problems with my transmission and shifting being that it is so cold here. Parking it for the winter is not an option as it is my only car.

Also i have noticed a light whining sound from my transmission when i drive and was wondering if this is normal with your transmissions as well. I also seem to have slop somewhere in the drive train when im going slow in a parking lot or shifting from 1 -2 and 2-3 i can hear like a clunk somewhere from the rear. It is a 2011 with 7,000 miles.

Thank you for help.
