Steering Issues??

Ive noticed that the wheel is slightly harder to steer right than it is left and i was thinking bad alignment because I know i need one. I just had the ball joints and control arms done on both sides, but only 1 side got tie rods. Would the bad alignment cause the wheel to be harder to steer one way, or is there another problem i need to look for? Thanks

if ball joints have grease fittings fill them up. also check sway bar links .
