Coolant Inlet? Please help.

Hi guys. I'm quite a novice, and I'm getting better as I go about fixing my 74 Mustang ii V6, but I need some help.

I was replacing the gaskets for the water pump and thermostat and I broke the long bolt that goes through the housing, pump, and block, into the rear housing. The broken piece is now in the housing part at the back. I then discovered that the threads in another hole of the housing got destroyed.

Since that part has one hole with no threads and another with a broken bolt, I figure I should just try to get a replacement part. Unfortunately, I've had no luck finding it (although there are plenty of gaskets for it) and would appreciate any help in tracking down this part and also some replacement bolts. Or else I guess I have to tap out the bolt and re-thread.

I hope the photos help, I don't know if I described what I'm talking about all that great. Thanks in advance.

I don't have much experience with the 2.8, but from what I see in your pics, I would drill out the failed bolt and get replacement bolts (probably metric). The important part is where the bolt goes into the block...what condition are the threads there? This water-neck should not have threads in its holes.
