Am I Lowered Or Not?

Just picked up an '88 LX Notch last week, and am going through things on it. Previous owner doesn't know much about it because it's the same way they bought it (they didn't change anything on it).

It was originally a 4cyl Car, but it now has a 351C in it.

There are no obvious things to show that is it lowered (different colored springs). Just by looking at it, I am thinking it is though.

Here's some measurements.

Front - Ground to middle of fender arch, measuring right up the center of the wheel: 25.25"...Tires are 165R15 with 40PSI
Rear - Ground to middle of fender arch, measuring right up the center of the wheel: 27.25"...Tires are 28x10.5-15 with 12PSI.

The rear is actually raised a tiny bit because the car has air shocks in the rear with about 30PSI in them.

So what do you all think? Is the car lowered or just sitting on sagged OE Springs?

Probably stock 4 cyl springs. When you toss a 351 up front, it looks lowered but the rear will stay up high.

I'd recommend a matched set of springs and shocks to handle the increased weight up front

Just food for thought, I was looking to upgrade my struts/shocks and after doing some research most suggested to stay away from KYB, even the adjustable AGX. Although better than your current air shocks, they don't get a lot of good reviews.
I went with the non-adjustable Konis.
Air shocks bring back memories though, I had pair on the rear of my 72 Chevelle so I could get that nice late 80s raked look..lol
