Windows Won't Roll Up

The windows on my 2007 Mustang V6 won't roll up. Yesterday the windows rolled down by themselves as if the convertible top was going to go down. My car stereo also won't turn on anymore. I checked all fuses on the passenger kick panel and under the hood they are all fine. What could be the problem?

I'm not 100% sure what the problem could be man but I had something similar happen to my 2006 mustang GT. I took the negative cable off the battery for like 30mins-1 hour and everything was working again after the fact.
