I'm going to be changing the color of my 92 Hatch, decided on Deep Emerald Green a few months back but now that I'm just about ready for paint I'm wondering if I may want to do something else.

For me I feel that there's too many reds and blues around, I'm looking for something that's different from the norm, nothing crazy like neon colors or anything, I'm not exactly sure what I'm looking for but I'll know when/if I see it. If I can't find something I like I'll just stick with the green,so lets see what's out there. I just don't want any buyers remorse. thanks

I’ve always liked ford’s emerald green (paint code is PA, if you need it).

There’s a green I picked for doing accents on my blue car that I thought would make a real nice overall color. It’s a Jeep green and I don’t have a paint code or picture right now of it, but when I go to work Monday I could get both of them for you.

The guys here panned the choice pretty harshly when I showed it to them about a year ago, but if I already hadn’t been painting my car Kona Blue, I would’ve used it anyhow.

It’s different, but I’m sure it would look good on a fox.

Pick your color. It's your car. Everybody else has a different idea of what they like...I prefer orange, Dave likes blue and red, Karthief........Well....nobody has even seen Kartheif's car,..so it can be any or all colors for all we know. if you like the color go with it..

Who am I to tell you what is, and what isn't gonna look good. :hide:

I like the dark metallic greens, I also like a bunch of other colors as well.
I always thought if I were to ever repaint my car it would be some sort of copper/burnt orange color.
So many choices, metallic, pearls, non-metallic etc. just pick one YOU like and go with it.

Emerald Green would look good on a foxbody. Dark Sage Green was a stock color for the earlier cars and looks good on them. Lots of images out there for green mustangs with a quick Google search. Post some pictures up of yours when it is done.
