Clutch Peddal Not Consistent

Been having this rather annoying issue and im wondering if this happens to all you 5 speed owners. Basically my clutch feels fine for the first few miles of a normal drive but eventually it feels as if the clutch engagement point either changes or its just not as consistent. After a good drive and stop and go traffic the clutch engagement becomes more of a pain. The clutch has about 10k miles on it and its never been abused. Feels more or less hydrolic related but cant pin point. Any help would be appreciated. Note Almost feels like the engament point moves further down the peddal travel. Ive bleed the car several times upgraded to steel braided line and changed brake fluid..

Agree that there's air in the hydraulic system but if this has only recently become an issue, the cause could be either a leaking clutch master or slave cylinder.
How does the brake pedal feel?

My car was originally auto trans and i noticed that when i made it manual the breaks felt better. In other words before the brakes felt spongy but it went away when i made the car manual. However the clutch engagement was never consistent. The slave and clutch kit was brand new. I put on a used clutch master cylinder so im kinda leaning towards a bad cmc..

And this has been an issue since day one in other words since we made the car manual. It shifts fine once ur going but clutch engagement from first is not consistent and after a good drive it feels like crap..

So update fellas! I bought a cmc cus i feel thats where my problem is however i havent installed it yet. What i did instead is took my pops advice and installed a seperate resevoir for the clutch fluid and wait to see if this cures. Capped the old nipped made bracket n everything came out really good! Clutch def feels a little better and bleeding wasnt hardly even necessary. Three bubbles at the most. Now im wondering if the problem im having is also throttle related.. Everyday i jump in my car it feels perfect for the first 20 minutes or so.. On long drives its a drag tho. The throttle also get extremely touchy after a while. Almost like it changes where i give it the same amount of gas to get going off of first gear but it lags and all of a sudden revs insane!! Engaging the clutch damb near impossible. I drive it hell smooth for the first 20 but then it feels like the gas peddal isnt consistent and the clutch feels like it has to ride a bit. I just cant pin point it all out for this damb car to be Consistent!!! Any thought?

The strange thing is that my idle is pretty good.. Once it was a little bouncy but cleaning the throttle body fixed it! Is it possible for a throttle sensor to work just fine and after some time driving to just go out of wack and then sorta work? I have no check engine light or nothing..

It's odd that you provide all of this information:

but it takes some time to get to this:

lol

You need to go back and look over the entire install. Look at everything that you touched to make the conversion happen. Did you have to make any tuning changes to accommodate the swap to a manual?

You mentioned adding a reservoir. Does your installation now mirror what you would find on a stock manual car? If not, what's still different?

I see what you mean. But no the stumbling idle and inconsistent throttle response has nothing to do with the drivetrain. Everything that was done for the swap was to spec down to the bolts and torques. Did it all under 1200$! It made clutch engagemnt alot more difficult for obvious reasons and thats the reason why ive overlooked the throttle body. I found a motorcraft tps for 33 bucks and ima give that a go. I was considering a new throttle body but bullitt95 is making sense!
