New purchase servicing

Hello stang family!
Just purchased my 01 gt one week ago and need to do a full service so I know where I stand. The car has 149k miles; what oil, spark plugs, antifreeze, transmission fluid, etc do you recommend? The only mods are cold air intake and Flowmaster 40 series exhaust.

You can't go wrong with OEM.

Ford plugs & oil filter. 5w20 oil. Use whatever brand of fluids you like.
