the sound is more like a high pitched snake hissing.. and its intermittent... the sound is coming from around the belts area and it seems to me the sounds is coming from the movements of the belts. But I am not sure at all... So any more suggestions?

I just bought a 00 GT and it was sold at a relatively cheap price. When I did my walkaround, there was this inconsistent buzz noise from the front end of the car. The sound was never constant. It would start buzzing and then stop. I took a test drive for over 30 mins. The stang had no hiccups or...
