    Power Door locks install

:rlaugh: I'd go to the local wrecking yard and look for something in the right length. I have power locks too, but just used regular flex tube without the nice grommets. Never drive in the rain.

    1969 Turbo Mustang Fastback Pro-Touring

The recent changes to our EU import taxation, inspection and registration of classic and modified cars, means that the GT2 has now become to expensive (for me) to import and register in Denmark. So here it comes... Ultimate pro-touring Mustang FOR SALE The project stands as shown in the latest...

    Overdrive for C4

Gear Vendors under/overdrive transmissions the most awarded auxiliary transmissions. is probably what you're thinking about? An AOD conversion is cheaper and better if you are not running crazy HP.

    Prothane Motor Mounts

I put poly motor and tranny mounts in my 351/69 and had a lot more vibration at certain rpm. Had the driveshaft balanced = helped with 50% of the 'new' vibration. Put back the rubber tranny mount and almost went back to std level vibration exept for ~2000rpm where there is a harmonic. The main...

    Twin Turbo 289!?!

Why not a 302 stroker? 347 is a great fit between the towers. Here's the 363 (8.2" deck height World Products block) Dustin has put in mine: Still room for a 5" downpipe.

    Twin Turbo 289!?!

Send 10secgoal a PM here on the forum. His shop lives and breathes turbo smallblock Fords. He makes the nicest turbo headers I've seen so far, perfect welding. They have done a number of blow through carb and EFI cars. Your 450rwhp goal is not a real challenge for a turbo so a single should do...

    CPRstreetmachines 1969 Turbo'd Pro-Touring GT2 build

Just came back from CA, brought over the CF spoilers and helped a bit on wiring the beast. The project has been on a bit of hold awaiting all the interesting changes the EU has made to import customs and VAT on classic cars. For a while it has been uncertain whether I'd be able to bring it in...

    CPRstreetmachines 1969 Turbo'd Pro-Touring GT2 build

Get in trouble? Nah, only 200 have died at the Ring since it opened. You only need to remember 73 turns over 13 miles, avoid all the souped up compacts, rescue vehicles and deer, keep video cam and timing gear hidden and still try for a high 8 min. time.

    CPRstreetmachines 1969 Turbo'd Pro-Touring GT2 build

No worries there! After dialing in at local tracks it will get its debut on the Nurburgring in the spring. And I cant wait to kill some Porsches on the autobahn on the way down there. My only semi-regret in this build is that the paint is way too nice. It'll most likely see a gravel trap now and...

    CPRstreetmachines 1969 Turbo'd Pro-Touring GT2 build

I've driven tube chassis cars incl. NASCARs (before SAMECAR took over!), fully welded & subframed historic racing Mustangs with full cages etc. They handle extremely predictable without any flex into the corners but they are racecars! My thinking is you'd get a jarring, rumbling and all around...

    Koni vs. Spax

I set for type of track (or street) and like the SPAX for the easy adjustment. Takes me 5-10 minutes max. New car has Chris Alstons Varishocks that are way easier to adjust (no tool reqd.). No Koni experience to compare, sorry!

Did some upgrades to my 67 turbo'd stang

Looking good Rich! :nice: WHat HP are you going for? Better get those subframes in before you go drive it or you'll need new paint on the C-pillar.

Just got back from the track (new best).

Thought he was at the limit? New block?

    My current build...438 clevor/70 fastback.

Looking good! And whats wrong with sideways? Took the Mustang to work yesterday in +5°C. The Kumho sport rubber gets quite hard and slippery with the road being that cold = powersliding all the way to work. Damn that was fun! :rlaugh:

Anyone Know About RRS Suspension ?

My local shop installs a lot of suspension upgrades and I've seen just about all of them - without driving more than a few mind you. Bang for the buck TCP wins - especially when you're talking a full setup with rack, PS and all. With the exchange rates as they are it's tuff being an...

Project 67 Coupe is in the thinking phase: Thinking Phase 1, motor

My 2c: go SBF, Dart or World aftermaket block and single turbo + EFI and forget the nitrous. When you dont step into it you'll have a nice street SB with normal compression and a small cam with vacuum and good MPG. When you get on it you can have your screaming monster for as long as you dare...
