All I did was carefully slide the new one in after applying liberal amounts of lube and lined the timing gears up dot to dot. Didn't think there was much else to it but I guess not?

I am going to put a turbo in my Mustang in the coming months and have no idea on what my tuning options are. What i have gathered:
dyno tune with custom chip. Need to get a new chip if you mess with you motor and is pretty spendy.

I installed an explorer TB and kept my stock tps sensor. I hear the voltage should be around 0.9 but which wires do I use to test this? also, i noticed the stock egr plate between the TB and intake is smaller than the TB, do people port this piece?
I was looking at c&l maf's and I can get a 73mm for only $125. Is there any reason not to get the c&l? I have heard some bad things but nothing specific.

Are the explorer pushrods the same length as the Mustang ones? 91 Mustang I am wondering about by the way. Just want to know if I should have grabbed the explorer pushrods along with the heads.
I am installing the explorer intake on my 91 gt (intake is one with internal egr) and there is no line for egr coolant. I heard I can tap the rear for coolant but I would rather not. what are my other options if i keep my egr?
