Yes they are the crane/ford 1.7rr off of a 93 cobra or 94 lighting. I will be using gt40p heads and ported stock H.O. upper and lower intake.

ok, so your saying the gt40p heads come with the egr ports for use with internal egr systems such as the ones on 87-93 mustangs but not the thermactor holes for the smog pump. Thanks

What I am asking about is the egr coolant return holes in the heads, the gt40p heads do not have them.

Does anyone know where and how to drill gt40p heads for use with 86-93 mustang egr? Thanks in advance.

I was told the EGR delete kit I mentioned above tells the computer the EGR is in the closed position, thus causing no problems with drivability.

Has anyone tried the EGR eliminator kit that uses resistors that send a signal back to the computer saying the EGR is working properly?
