Yeah I need to do that because after looking @ C&L site it depends on the mm size whether tube matches. Might be as simple as that. If it mathes correctly then I will go from there.

I bought the C&L MAF & Ford 30# injectors from same person that was to have been matched and on same car. If I remember right the air meter in the C&L is a violet color. About the color of this smiley. :(

Maybe when he looked down it had already slowed down a little or maybe he just told me an estimate. What is the rpm's of the car at that speed? And what gears are you running? Also if you have a tune it might have reprogrammed the stock limiter?

So concensus is to stay with third? What about the stock rev limiter. It hits around 100 in third doesn't it? I have not hit it myself but my brother said mine (when I let him drive it) hit 100 when the limiter shut the engine down.
