which is a better setup for my blower???....a blow-thru or draw-thru???, from what I hear the draw-thru is easier to tune, but the blow-thru is good for more power

I'm still installing the blower right now, I just wanna get the right parts on before it goes to the tuner, because it's a few hours away....it's kind of a catch 22, I won't be able to drive my car hard cause it only has a base tune, so how will I know if the MAF is pegging?
