Anyone ever deal with a Ford buy back?

Haven't dealt with a buyback, but it sounds painful. I'm not a mechanic,I was an electrical engineer, used to do applications eng. and worked with automotive microcontrollers for years. Sounds to me, from the little you shared, like a wiring harness problem. A lot of intermittent and...

    Ford EASYCARE Extended Warranty

I just looked at the Easycare website. They used to be a wholly owned subsidiary of Ford, but no longer are. In any case, for any dealer to perform TSB work, they have to be able to bill it back to someone. If the vehicle is under a Ford warranty, then no problem. If its a 3rd party...

    Ford EASYCARE Extended Warranty

Each TSB outlines whether the TSB should be covered if the vehicle is under the warranty. Look at the fine print. If you have an extended warranty I should think the TSB's should be covered, read the warraty fine print too. I would also go check with another dealer just in case. In Austin TX...

anyone tried 1 of those low cost CAI's

I think it is an AEM knock off... Really no gain over the stock air box?? hmmm.... So that makes me wonder... It does look like it has a lot of curves, like the stock tube... So I wonder what kind of filter element they use.... and if a K&N or similar higher flow element would be better. It...

Mr. Jimmy, This is what I'm thinking about doing. I have the GT takeoff muffs, I have one installed now and it sounds really good. Did you get the midpipe from the muffler shop or did you buy a GT takeoff pipe and have them mod and install it?? Has anyone out there tried this with a Y...
