93 Cobra wheels rubbing right shock on 90 GT. What's my options?

Just for grins throw a level on the rim ,cut a piece of wood (1X2) to fit tight on the edge of the rim so you can put the level up to the wood.also plumb it front to back.See how much lean is toward the top, should be about 1/4 inch or 1/8 inch leaning in at the top. Also see if the camber is...

Could the camber be off that much on one side?Just guessing.....

    STRANGE IDLE PROBLEM

No brakes sounds like a huge vacuum leak from a leaking brake booster, either that or it is too low rpms to idle.I changed my IAC recently and seemed to make a difference even in cruising performance up to about 1800 rpms.My guess is da booster, cap the vacuum line temporarily to diagnose.

    Car PULLS after brake job.

one steel and one phenolic?Bad rebuild?I would take them both back and try New calipers or Good steel rebuilds from Napa perhaps after ruling out simple things.....

car breaks up and pops at about 3grand

I second the PIP sensor, either that or the TFI module.I have had 3 TFI modules go bad in 2 different Fords the last 3 years. When my PIP sensor went bad it would buck and revs would stop at 35-4000 rpm depending on load.

    Mustang Running like Crap!!!

Always have a spare good ECU.I like having good spares as I find it faster to swap simple items out rather than diagnose them.I would check the TPS first,02 sensors second, and check for fuel pressure and plugged lines.Usually obvious overlooked simple things i have found.

A9L ECU install, now it stalls out again and again...

I would suspect the TFI module....replace with a known good spare..

    T-5 list of parts

I bought a used 90 t5 that reportedly wouldnt go into 2nd and 4th(would just grind). The rear-most shift fork has a worn area in between the plastic inserts and toward the rear and right side of the semi-circle on the aluminum arc .Looks like at least 1/16 of an inch wear .The reverse idler has...

    pinion bearing initial rotation

Yeah I figured I better dig deeper. The rear pinion bearing was starting to get slight pits, the race has circular rings in it.I also think someone over-torqued or used an impact.Replacing them now.I will also move the pattern toward the heel while I am in there.

    pinion bearing initial rotation

No, the axles are from a different purchase. They had light rust on them when I recieved them.No grooves or wear at all.

    pinion bearing initial rotation

Yes this is a complete rear that has a low-mile 3:73 installed, currently disassembled except for the pinion.

    pinion bearing initial rotation

I bought a used 3:73 low miles gearset installed in an 8.8 1989 fox rear to rebuild for my Daily driver.Carrier bearing has pits so i will replace them. The supposedly new pinion bearings are turning at 15 in lbs rotational torque but the initial force required to turn the pinion flange takes...

What about using the clutch alignment tool since the shaft is the correct size for the grease method?

    93 Gt Airbag light question

My 1990 tore up the clockspring, cruise and horn wouldnt work either.Ford had a replacement upgrade available,it was 105 bucks and easy to change although I remember trimming a bracket to make it fit.About 2 yrs ago, still works fine.

    SOUNDS LIKE A TRAIN

Brake caliper Pretty sure this is your noise,Try lightly riding the brakes to see if noise goes away.Brake caliper on mine rattled like this, enough to drive you crazy.Replaced the pads which tightened them up enough to go away.
