Its not about insulation or anything, its about looking better than the cloth top. Its just something you can use when its cold out and all that~ its not for everyone just something that I think there is a market for. I personally always use my top unless its below 60 degrees out, when it is...

well before you do anything make sure each plug is gapped correctly, to get these specs get a chilton or what ever manual there are many places to get the info just get more than one soucre to make sure they are the same, I belive for pre 99 its 42... but not sure. after all are gapped, clear...

you sould need more than a screwdriver unless the bolts also have the screwdriver heads on them. but not much more.

perhaps its just the whole o2 sensor.... i mean its on the exhaust all by its self....

the rear end looks pretty ugly... but there are fixes you can get out there... just give it a little time, when the 99s came out i hated them.

what year...? for 99+ you need to pop out the inside of the trunk carpet like covers behind the tail lights, then remove the bolts and pop out the tail lights, next poop out the push pins under the edge of the rear bumper along with the screws on the inside lip of the fender well, you should see...

if its from the middle of teh motor you should be able to see something, try cleaning it up really good and then let it run and see ifyou can trace it, the coolant leak areas would be the water pump, radiator hoes where they meet the motor/radiator, the top bolt thats in front of the upper...

sounds like a cat thats cloged, also check the IAC (cylinder shaped thing no the upper intake/throttle body) if its not idleing and just going dead when its cold and in neutral... but it sounds more like a cat thats not right.

mustangs are HORRIBLE in the snow... the traction control and abs systems on the newer ones are good, just not sure how good...
