Hey me and a friend are going to rebuild my WC T5. We have a book for a non-WC T5 but it's a little different. The only thing we are going to do is put in new blocker rings. My question is are there any free online tutorials for rebuilding WC T5s?

Anyone ever put one of these in? It looks to be about 2-3 times as thick as the stock radiator. Will it clear the stock fan? Will I need to move, grind, or cut anything?

I look at it like this... Why put a Chevy tranny in a Ford when you can go through less trouble and money to put an equally good Ford tranny in it.

If it's the stock clutch I would check the cable. If it isn't stock, that's just how a lot of aftermarket clutches are. I get ****ing tired in stop/go traffic. I would get a aftermarket cable/quadrant now so you don't go through what I did.

Damn I wish I could get all that for Christmas.

Thanks man, I actually bolted them up today and it was pretty noticable. I have a feeling that when I weld them in I will notice an even bigger difference. All in all it was pretty easy, just got kind of initimitaded. Luckily I had some Matco griding bits which made the drilling really easy...

I have already ordered the BBK adjustable clutch quadrant and firewall adjuster. When it gets in I will try the way you say to adjust it. But if it was in fact a clutch adjustment problem why would it only cause problems when my car is at a complete stop.
