Swap out the dizzy. Either the PIP sensor is bad or the dizzy shaft could be cracked just below the gear. Same thing happened to me in the past. I was driving along and it just shut off and wouldn't start back up.

It's a 50oz flywheel. In the picture on the right the weight goes from approx. 2 o clock to 5 o clock. If you had a 28oz flywheel in the same pic the weight would be from 2 to 4. Do you see what I'm saying?

IMHO the stock OEM radiator will cool just fine and it can be had for around 100 bucks from Napa. Just a thought to save you some cash.

I'm gonna say it's the dizzy. The magnetic pickup in the dizzy is probably bad and that's what is causing it to miss in the rpm range that you've stated. You'll still have spark(unless your coil is shot) so there's no real way to test it. They just go bad on our year cars. I've had 2 95's...

I don't think he'd be picking up that much with a bigger TB. Guys make more than 400hp all the time with the 65mm TB. Just not worth the 200+ bucks IMO

stock header bolts are 9/16 I believe. I don't think they'll work with your new headers because of the bigger tubes. You'll need a 3/8 bolt.
