So, by those calculations, a 1" Cobra master would net me a 15.2:1 ratio braking. Center line of the 13-17 desired ratio.

Now it has the Teves ABS circa 1980 something. Its gone out. Parts are made of unobtainium and the system, quite frankly, sucks. From a little research I have done, the '93 Cobra R came with Mark VII rear brakes and an earlier version of the twin piston calipers, all with a 1" master.

So I have a Lincoln Mark VII with the rear discs, seems to be a fairly common swap back in the day among fox owners. My air ride is going out so I am converting to coils, all SN95 front components, and 03 Cobra front brakes. I already plan on the '93 booster due to the sheer weight of the car...

Definitely check alignment on the gear, how long did it take to shear? If the pump is fine, it maybe a faulty gear, I have never heard of breaking in a distributor gear, I know you're supposed to put some lube on the gear before stabbing the distributor. The cam/distributor could have walked.

Make sure your oil pump still turns, had that happen on a stock 351c, the oil pump locked up going 70 down the interstate...not fun

Okay, I have a Lincoln Mark VII LSC. It has the Marchal 750 fog lights that came on some of the earlier 4 eye Mustangs. My question, is there anybody that knows about these lights? The reflectors have a mirror finish on them and the finish is coming off. Does anybody know of a way to restore...

It'll sound not as good without the amp plugged in...I ran into it...it was a just 1 wire...if you can figure it out and can run the factory amp, it'll sound really good...

I had the same problem with my Lincoln, there's a wire you must hook up, if yours has it, its the amp turn on wire. If you don't wire it in, you'll have NO sound from the speakers.

What is the minimum thickness on a flywheel for a fox? I've got one that I want to resurface, but I don't know how much I can take off before its too thin. Thanks
