I've never personally dealt with one, esp on fiberglass, but drilling a hole does help. It's what the maintenece guys do to some of the cracks on the plastic parts of our airplanes. They say that since the crack is just an uneven break, the drill-stop prevents the crack from growing further.

Stainless, that's cool. The place I went to check it out, it was like polished steel. They had all three sets of the grills--the normal grill, one for the bottom bumper, and the one for the scoop. The price he have me was $325 installed. Is that something that I could do myself? Does the price...

Hey, so it the front grill a 10-bar, or is it more? Is it hard to clean? Has it tarnished at all since you got it?

The chromed honeycomb looks pretty sweet. I haven't seen that one before. the ones that I really like are the horizontal bars that go across the front. I found out that there is a grill for the scoop and the bottom bumper. The main thing I'm concerned with though is it turning dark.

So seriously, no one has a custom grill on their stang?

Hey guys, I'm thinking about putting a grill on the front of my Black '03 GT. I've seen some that look really good, and others that look....not-so-really-good. So I would really appreciate some pictures of what your custom grill looks like.

My rims are stock for now, but since it is a black stang post, figure I'd give my contribution. :-p

Oh, thanks. Mine didnt come with anything to fill the hole though. We just plugged it with the end of a screw and I was good to go!

No, it doesn't always happen like this. I mean, I've had it try to kick out a little on a straight away, but TC usually stops that. They also slide easier than my roommates 94 GT Conv, but not sure if that has more to do with the cars.

My roommate bought me one like that...sorta. it was from EBAY and it was only lke $50 after shipping. It wasn't exacly for my year though, I'm guessing, because there was an extra opening for some type of hose that I didn't have/need. Oh yeah, and it works just fine. :nice:

Hey guys! I have a 2003 GT Conv. It's an auto with traction control and bone stock (except the CAI). I have Pirelli P-Zero Rosso tires on it which seemed to be fairly new when I bought the car back in December. What I notice though is that they like to lose traction a lot when I punch it...
