No, not unless the E7's have had larger valves installed. The same goes for any inline valve head with 1.90"-1.94" intake valves. The E7's would need a valve spring upgrade though.

Our B-21 works very well in its application, but, you are correct in that they are not in that great of a demand. This is due to the declining number of combinations that have a stock piston and 1.7 ratio rocker arms.

It will plug in, but, the transfer will be wrong for your car. The tranfer is for a Lightning with 42's, not a Mustang. These are two different tranfer's.
