    you cant trust that stock gauge aside from it being cold, warmed up, and overheating....everything else in between is a guessing game

    yes, your oil pump is driven by the distributor, the faster the dist. turns at higher rpm, the faster your pump turns. you'll see the pressure drop as your engine oil heats up as well, normal

    Made new lines and setup a catchtank for the crank case Made a coolant flow restricter since I got no t-stat and it runs a little hot Put on some new fasteners on the hood. Little stuff but a good day

    just use the t like an extension also where one sender will be on the very end of the assymbly otherwise you'll have a hard time clearing the block....you'll see what I mean

    Yes any efi engine can be converted to carb. Besides what you mention you would also need either a carb fuel pump and different lines or a bypass regulator to work with the efi pump. Carbs run at about 6psi.
