how would i go about fixing it, i just want to be able to burnout on both wheels

When i hold the brake and press the gas to do a burnout, only my back right tire spins, is the left rear locking up or what?:bang:

I just got a 04 convertible gt and i was lucky enough to get a boot for the convertible top for free and when i went to put it on, the buttons snap in, but the tongue doesnt wanna stay in. Has anyone else had this problem????
