@Blown88GT I thought the same, when i had the belt off spun it and checked for movement, nothing. I replaced it 2 years ago and probably only have 7000miles on it. Ended up everything out with 1 thin washer, not the way to like to do it but it works for now.

thats what I was thinking, the thickest thats available is 0.95, I dont see anything thicker than that. Im going to install the belt and see where it settles on the water pump pulley.

I have a .095 spacer for the crank pulley but I need a little more to line up with water pump pulley. What is everyone using, this is a summit racing harmonic balancer?

@Mustang5L5 so from what Ive been reading the Maximum Motorsports steering shaft and swap inner/outer tie rods and the hard lines should bolt up?

@Olivethefet Do you have to use much force to turn the wheel, I can go lock to lock with one finger, way too much assist and doesn't feel safe at high speed?

Anyone who has converted to the 2004 GT power steering rack able to confirm if it was worth it and if the effort required to turn the wheel increased. I have an auto parts reman in mine and its way over boosted and you can turn it with one finger.

Its worth a call to them, I know they offer a kit for the engine, not sure about a dash harness or the rest of the vehicle for that matter.

I use the MSPNP2, my wiring is pretty good, but if thats your major concern you could always use a painless performance wiring kit and remove any emissions or non essential circuits?

I would buy a set! Ive got parts coming and don't care to do all the drilling this seems much more professional.

@a91what Thanks! Did not know you could do that, I'll have to get a good data log with a working IAT and try it.

Im considering moving the IAT to the super charger discharge tube and maybe to use one of the newer/faster reacting ones like the GM version. I see mixed reviews on moving it, but the stock location seems to get heat soaked while in the staging lanes.

Original was Ford, the most recent was Autozone replacement Duralast.

Any one have suggestions on a better IAT or MAT sensor, I keep killing these every few months? You can see the two wires that sit in the end of the sensor are missing and when it fails data logs show 69.9ºF all day long.
