The flywheel is 157 tooth for both. I reused my 95 flywheel when coverting to a TKO with Fox bell last year. The Fox fork is shorter/longer (I foget:rolleyes:) but is different and should be changed out to get the right geometry. Stan

Since the cooling system seems sealed up with shrouds, etc, It's possible at highway speeds the engine is at a much lower rpm pushing less coolant. In town you would likely be 2-3k between gears and such, and with most tunes at a little richer than stoich cruising mixture. Try taking it out of...

You could try pulling the mass air flow sensor and spraying cleaner on it, worth a shot and only a few bucks for a can of cleaner. Stan

I had my system out twice replacing the motor, and you should just need to reinstall and have the system purged and add oil/refrigerant. Stan

It typically depends on the friction material. The kevlar and sintered iron have a higher coefficient of friction and will chatter during slower take-offs. These are good for higher HP without having a ridiculous peddle pressure. Stan

For what it's worth, I installed 4 piston 13" Aerospace Components front brakes and was told I did not need to modify the bias. It works fine, and you can tell the difference with the larger rotors and better calipers. Stan
