Have you checked the bolt on the bottom side of the fender a couple inches in front of the door? If it has come off the fender will move in and out and appear to be bouncing at speed. Just something basic to check out. Hope it helps.

I bought this one from the same guy in 2002. It was in worse shape but I did about 80% of the work myself. I want to be fair but I also want to make money on it if I have to sell it in the future.

I bought that kit for my 65. It was a good kit but, make sure you have all the parts before you start the install. It was a good thing I waited to install, they did not send the fuel sending unit till 10 days after I received the tank.

I have had both in my 65 Fastback. The 4 speed was fun but the 5 speed is great. As for resale value I am not sure but on cruise night I get alot of questions on how it was done.
