    I just changed my engine coolant temp sensor and thermostat and I picked up 4mpg avg. I did have a code fault for engine coolant temp sensor. I was going to start this exact same thread the day you posted yours. I wasn't down to 18, but I was at 21 combined when I was used to 25 combined.

    Car won't reach operting temp

    Hopefully simple. I changed the sender and thermostat and I still only reach 140-145 at best on the gauges, but you can just about melt your shoes with the heater blowing on full on the floor. My fuel mileage did increase by 4mpg by changing the sensor. I'm at a loss to explain my gauge...

    I just tell them "I need the FAMOUS ford starter relay on the fender." I've been driving fords for 14yrs and I think Ive replaced the relay on every one of the 10 fords I owned. If they sales guy doesn't know what your talking about after you tell them that, find another sales guy or another...

    Help! Can't get door open...

    I cant even get to the lock. Its the actual inside the door lock thats jammed. The extrior key lock moves just fine. I cant get to the door panel edges to pop the plastic tabs. Sure I can just pull it but I'll rip all the plastic tabs out of the door panel, hence ruining it.
