genera rule of thumb is your return should be the same size as your feed if they are the same length all the fuel systems i do i mount the regulator next to the tank so the return line is very short. But that requires an aftermarket regulator.

Verify the injector wire and coil wire are indeed for cylinder 2 and cylinder 3. If those injector or coil wires were mixed up it would do the exact same thing.

93 doesn't use a map it uses a bap but you don't need it the 93 ecu is a downgrade from the 94/95 ecu. A lot of people did that down grade years ago because they had sub par tuners. No point in going to 19s or swapping mafs if all works now. Best bet is to dial in what you actually have...

As long as the tps is between .7 and 1.25 volts at closed throttle its set perfect. make sure the key is on when your testing. And be sure you use the wires at the tps for power and not the battery as it will be skewed.
