Hey Stangers! How many of my old buddies are still around? I still drive the '65 TT Fastback although the paint is chipped now it still hauls! I live near Sonora CA now and I am still fooling around with motors and wheels! Eric. AKA TT331FB

Injector offset or Volts vs adder

Hi Tuners, It's been a while but I'm back fooling with my TT Vintage Mustang. I want to check my understanding of this function. First, its easy to find charts showing volts vs offset for many injectors. The Tweecer tuning guide suggests values that get smaller as the injecto gets larger...

Versailles bearing design, rotor flange thickness and tire rub

I'm running 225/50/16 on a crager wheel with 4 7/8" offset. The right rear tire hits on the outside. I realy don't see the reason for the outer seal if the bearing is sealed. Maybe somebody else does. Thanks, Eric

Versailles bearing design, rotor flange thickness and tire rub

Stangers, I am looking at either Mustang Steve’s Cobra brackets or the Explorer setup. Either one requires the stock axel flange, and outer seal to be pressed off. Neither brake kits use a seal in the bearing retainer. Why did Ford use a seal in the bearing retainer? Do modern replacement...

in car video of my turbo fastback-finally

I went on Tials website. They show the WG plumbed upstream of the butterfly. Downstream still works but thats not the way they show it. Does Iskwezm have a BOV?

I'm probably behind times on how you sponge drivers, (carbs hehehehe), set up your WG. If your gate is the type that only uses one port it should be connected above the carb butterflys. Otherwise, the turbo makes boost against a closed butterfly between shifts, (sees vacuum). If it is a dual...

    Fixed bucking problem!

I have two cars with Tweecers. One is a TT '65 FB and the other is a '94 Vert. I want to share what worked for my Vert. Hopefully, it will work on my TT as well as it does this worse than the Vert. The symtom was bucking/surging just off idle under slight accel or decel conditions. Typical...

Hurt my '94 Vert on the Dyno :(

Warp Up Well, Here is what I think I learned: The ARP bolts were down to less than 50 Ft-Lbs. Maybe the 1011-2 gasket needs to be checked more than I did. I put 8548PT2s back in, 80 ft-lbs on the long bolts, 70 on the short bolts. I used anti-seize on the intake bolts probably...

    94 convert, questions

More important than who makes the core is being sure the restrictor is still in the hose on the supply side.

Hurt my '94 Vert on the Dyno :(

This shot is cylinder #7. #6 showed the same but not completely through to the lifter valley. Dyno pull #2 was lean, about 13.5-15 A/F. Guys, my sig is my TT '65. This car is my NA '94 Vert. Eric

Hurt my '94 Vert on the Dyno :(

Problem found! #@&!%@# Ford A302 gasket! I'm going to take this up with FMS. This may have cost me my motor. FYI heads were prepared by top notch local shop and the block was done by M&R Racing. The deck and heads are straight.

Hurt my '94 Vert on the Dyno :(

OK, I'm having trouble deciding my next step. Here is what I see... Compression check showed 160-170 PSI. Plug check showed all uniform, good color. I was thinking I would get off easy with intake gasket problem. I pulled the intake and didn't see anything unusual with the intake...
