    The one on the compressor is the low side (hense the "S" on the compressor housing). The A/C fittings that you are charging/servicing the system with has the proper fittings on them already so you cant mix them up anyways.

    ummmm, can I assume that the reason you want to change the tube is because you are changing injectors? Im not a big fan of doing it that way, but some do get away with it with ok results. But the best way is to get a tune when you do changes like yours.
