i got mine from late model restoration, it is a ford racing piece (i.e. OEM) uses all four holes $199.95 plus shipping plus having it painted. fitment is well OEM, so no fitment issues. IMO OEM and a body shop you trust is the only way to go.

the woosh sound you are hearing is the sound from the CAI. mine does after i did the CAI and tune. the factory airbox is designed to silence the sudden rushing in of air. put your factory airbox back on and see if it goes away.

if you have local speed shop see what they use to prgram cars, if you want one to make minor changes, the SCT and Diablo will do basically the same thing for roughly the same money. i have a diablo only because my local speed shop uses it.

most aftermarket one use two bolts plus tape. the OEM one uses 4 bolts plus tape. I went with the OEM one myself. (been burnt on "quality" aftermarket stuff, that had horrible fit and finish, spent more on getting it to look right.") but yes you will be fine with the tape and two bolts.

i dont think the headlights are bad by themself, personally i think it is how they look with the factory foglights. styles dont match. i think it would look good with those headlights and a black billet grille (no foglights) or maybe smaller foglights like the v6 pony package grille/foglights.

get the IUP. you can find polished fanblades with tires online for about $800 so keep that in mind, 08 was the first year for the painted fanblades. i have an 07 gt deluxe (no leather) with the IUP and the mycolor thing. make it blue and go. personally i would spend the money on the 3.55's...
