take a look at focal, cdt, and ed. dont have experiance with ed but the other two i love. if you want a smooother sound go with cdt a little more bright grab a pair of focals.

well check the harness and then buy new speakers some comps from cdt or focal for the front and a nice pair of coaxials for the rear stage(you wont really do them justice unless you get an amp) as for your underdrive pullies yould need alot of power to do any damage your no where near that point...
