Also, being a fellow 73 vert owner, between the glass and the chrome should be a weather strip that runs from one side, across the top and down the other side. Glass guys don't replace replace this but have to cut through it to remove the windshield.

I have one pict, I don't know who made it but it looks good. I would like one for my 73.

I had the same problem when I put my 351 back in. What I did was losen the motor mounts, droped the engine into place, put the bolts in for the motor mounts then tighten everything down. Goog luck!

I have a question concerning the transmission linkage rods. I change the transmission from a C4 to a C6. Do I need to replace the rods for the C4 with ones for a C6 or are they the same? I'm talking about fromt the floor shifter to the trans and from the trans to the column? Thanks

Quick update! I had two problems. First: had a bad fuel pump. Had vacumed the lines to the carb to get out all the air in them and had only what was between the fuel pump and the carb. Second: The Mallory dist spins "counter" clockwise. Set up for normal clockwise...
