Just my .02 but those trannies have not proven to be any better than the T45. The 31 splines break just as easy as the 28. It's not the spline count but the shaft itself. Strengthened block? Never heard that before.

I'd start with the front sway bar and the mounts for it. One of the bushings may be turn or deteriorated. Then make sure the struts are tight. Check the simple things first.
