I replaced the transmission in my car with a lower mileage unit. I also put in a new clutch, throw out bearing, and pilot bearing. It's making a whining noise under acceleration, and at low rpms (1200-1800) it almost makes a rubbing/almost grinding noise. Any ideas guys?

What should the vacuum read? This will only tell me from the throttle body on right? So if it were between the MAF sensor and the throttle body it wouldn't tell me anything?
