I have the HPS on my 97. They've been great street pads and gave me great performance oon track days. Very durable and best used with plain Brembo rotors.

I put the Brembo calipers on my 97 Cobra. The factory pads were dirty and LOUD!!!, plus they died pretty quickly. Try the Hawk pads for that application. Several track weekends and thousands of miles later, they're still good!

I've had a Motorsport high flow stat in my 89 for at least five years, and it finally gave up the ghost. The part number on the stat is EOSE-8575-AA. I can't find any listing for this part number. Has it changed? Any suggestions for a premium thermostat? Thanks Tom

Try using 5-50 synthetic. I've run it since new in a GT-40 crate motor with 240k miles, and cylinder pressure and leakdown are well within factory specs. Still have great oil pressure, too. It's a little expensive, but I think it's worth it. Thom
