ANyone know if there is/ where to find a kit to change the rear drums on a 89 stang to disc?

I'm looking at a late 80's mustang coupe 2.3 5spd. interior is decent but worn and the body is a lil rough, faded and rusted. im wondering what its worth so i dont get ripped off. overall its condition is 2 outta 5 but its solid underneath so i want to restore it.

im looking at trading my 98 s10 for a 92 5.0 stang. the seller of the stang says he dont feel right trading me becouse the stang is too powerful. says it has a 306ci msd ign hi-po cam and a 750cfm holley. also it is a 5spd with 4:11 gears. i dont think that makes it undriveable??????? at most...
