Lysholm no longer supplies the blowers to Whipple. Whipple now manufactures their own, they also changed then name from 2300AX to 140AX. The new blower is suppose to be a better design, more efficient than the Lysholm.
I find it hard to believe he made that much hp. That would put him up in the KB area and I know for a fact that the KB intake flows much better than the Saleen intake.
Yes the manifolds are the same. The Saleen intake manifold flat out sucks.
It's bad because loctite can cure preventing the use of hand tools to remove the plug. If this is the case then the aluminum will give before the steel.
