I have an old set of r22 gauges with new hoses and rebuilt valves...so the gauges read pressure well, but the markings are not correct. I have one for my Grand Cherokee, but I figure every vehicle has one of their own as the vent time will fluctuate some I figure.

I am trying to figure out if the 2004 is prone to the cracking issues that plagued the earlier 4.6's. Some days it is fine, other days it leaks like a holey bucket. Would pulling the intake and replacing the -o rings help? Thanks!

Sorry, for not posting back... To fix the dinging, I just unhooked the white dinging box under the dash. I just have to remember I leave the headlights on now :)

I think I confused you. It makes noise whenever the lights are on and the key is on. The car always dings when the door is open and lights are on. I'm going to start looking at the wiring diagram in the back of my haynes and see if I can spot anything. I'll have to keep looking I guess.
