i have it on my car, yeah you really need to clean it up. it is a good deal if you got the time and tools to smooth everything out and gasket match it. with my combo the power seems to come on about 2,800-3,000 and pulls atleast to 6,500 thats where i stop the madness

im not sure i split a couple shafts trying to change mine. prolly need some sort of puller. i just heated mine up and tapped on the end while it was in a vise, but it did break, so wouldnt advise that. i finally bought an msd dist. figured it was the best idea for me.:shrug:

here it is again. GEARS! most of my mods were done pre-gear and each one felt like the car was quicker than the previous. then the gears went in and made it all good. should be number 1 on any list!

i'm pretty sure your right about the pump messing up when the tanks low but i always heard it was because the pump was getting hot, since the fuel also helps to cool the pump down. if its going out it acts up when the gas is low because its not being cooled enough. kinda makes sense i guess.:shrug:

detonation is the enemy. i have a zex wet 125hp and at only 93000 my motor decided it was bored having all straight connecting rods. new motor hasnt had any problems. timing/ignition/plugs/fuel system may have helped it stay alive and some forged parts deep inside.
